Job Profile: Research Scientist -Cell Biology.

Job Location: Gurgaon, India

Responsibilities: The company is looking for an exceptional candidate with strong knowledge of Immunology and Cell Biology for its R&D program on cell therapy. The incumbent shall be responsible for Development of primary cell line from tumor, Cell line characterization, Development of cell line for in-vitro and in-vivo studies, SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting analysis, Immuno-histochemistry/cytochemistry, histopathological studies and cell based assays.

The successful candidate will lead a team to develop new primary tumor cell line models across multiple diseases and genetic backgrounds, beginning with primary tumor samples. Working both in the lab and as a team leader, he/she will test, refine and scale up emerging approaches for cell line generation and play a major role in translational research.

Essential Qualification & Experience:

M.Pharm/M.Sc (Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biomedical sciences/ Life Sciences) with minimum 2 yrs of experience on working in cell biology, mammalian cell culture, cell based assays and Cancer. The candidate should have outstanding academic and professional track record. Must be highly disciplined and organized. Sound interpersonal skills.

Freshers with exceptional skills on working with primary cell lines and strong knowledge of Cancer Immunology may also apply.

Desirable Qualification:

Ph.D (Life Sciences/Biotechnology) with hands on experience in working on primary cell line preparation from tumor tissue/Cancer Immunology/cell therapy.
