and manage the skin research team who are involved in screening actives
against targets.Develop,validate and perform assays.Develop strategy
for the skin care team and work with business/external partners to
develop platform and product strategy

with experience in building/leveraging in vitro /ex vivo models of skin
aging to interrogate the efficacy of ingredients.A good track record of
publications.
