Essential Qualification: First Class BSc in ZoologyDesirable: Experience in the area of insects and pests control of food grains; basic and applied knowledge of stored product entomology and microbiology; Stored Product infestation control by physical, chemical and biological methods. Experience in stored product entomology. Knowledge of Computer Applications.Job requirement: To work in R&D projects related to storage of food grains; development of newer pesticides; toxicology and mode of action of pesticides; microbial degradation of pesticides and environmental safety.
Essential qualification : First class B.Sc. in Food TechnologyDesirable Experience in processing of meat/fish/poultry for quality and safe products; value addition to by-products of animal processing industry. Knowledge of computer applications.Job requirement: To work in R&D programmes of value addition and development of diversified meat, poultry and fish products and by-product utilization. Quality and safety evaluation of products.
