WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
Walk-in-interview will be held on 10-07-2013
at 10.00 a.m. at this Institute for engagement of the following
manpower to work on contractual basis in the time-bound project, “BPD
for NAARM” (“Business Planning and Development for Agri-entrepreneurship
and Technology Management”), under the National Agricultural Innovation
Project (NAIP), on a consolidated monthly remuneration. The duration of
contractual engagement of manpower is co-terminus with the project :
BUSINESS MANAGER
Rs.70,000/- Per month (fixed)
Upto March, 2014 or co- terminus with the project
(a). Educational Qualifications (Essential) :
(i). B.Sc.(Ag.) or B.Sc in Life Science
(ii). MBA or 2-year PG Diploma in Management
(i). B.Sc.(Ag.) or B.Sc in Life Science
(ii). MBA or 2-year PG Diploma in Management
(b). Work Experience (Essential) : 3-5 years experience in the Agri-business industry.
With:
(i).
Specialization in sales and marketing and technology management,
business development, technology commercialization, event management and
promotion.
(ii). With proven skills in marketing, advertisement, publicity through direct and online modes, event management, technology commercialization.
(iii). Ability in innovative revenue generation skills, networking and multi-lingual team.
(iv). Basic computer skills in MS Office.
(v). Good written and oral communication in English

(c). Roles and responsibilities :
(i).
Market the BPD Unit initiative through scouting entrepreneurs and
business for incubator services like consultancy, technology transfer,
infrastructure facilities and others to clients.
(ii). Branding and Marketing for promoting entrepreneurs in agri-business incubation and facilitate commercialization of agri-technologies from host institute and its partners.
(iii). Organize and implement a major annual agri-business conference to promote entrepreneurship commercialized technologies and business development.
(iv). Generate resources through conventional and innovative programs and incorporate revenue generation systems through technology commercialization, online subscription, sponsorship for events and enrollment for training programs.
(v). Facilitate by liaising with BPD Unit partners, especially NAIP-BPD centers & ICRISAT ABI and service units, regional research stations for marketing the incubator services and commercialize technologies.
(vi). Support in trainings, promotion, exhibition and event management, marketing of business incubation activities.
(vii). Preparation of brochures, leaflets and exhibit marketing and promotional materials.
(viii). Perform any other duties requested by the management of BPD Unit.

(d). Working arrangement :
The
position is located at Hyderabad (Andhra- Pradesh) on a full-time
basis. The contract is till the end of the project subject to
satisfactory performance.
AGE LIMIT : Men : 40 years & Women : 45 years
(relaxable to SC/ST/OBC & PH as per Government of India rules).
The
candidates fulfilling the above criteria may appear for interview along
with their bio-data and original certificates with a set of copies of
the same. Candidates reporting after 10.00 a.m. will not be considered
for the walk-in-interview. The selected candidates will have to join
immediately and NO TA/DA will be paid to attend the interview.
