Application invited for the post of Research Associate (1) / Junior Research Fellows (2), Senior Research Fellow (1) and Technical assistants (5) for the project entitled “Approaches to enhance the integrated knowledge system on soil nutrient analysis (AAT) site specific validation, demonstration and popularization of AAT - Phase-II” (DST/TSG/NTS/2008/57 )” sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and Murugappa group for a period of 18 months.The specifications for the individual positions are listed below.

1. Research Associate (1) or Junior Research Fellows (2)

Qualification M.Phil / Ph.D / Biosciences/ Botany/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology / Biotechnology with 3 year experience

Emoluments as Fellowship Rs./Month 23,400 (RA) or 12,000 JRF

2. Senior Research Fellow (1)

Qualification M.Sc/ M.Phil Life sciences/MCA with 3 year experience

Emoluments as Fellowship Rs./Month Rs 14,000+ HRA pm

3. Technical assistants (5)

Qualification Graduation (U.G/PG) in Life Science

Emoluments as Fellowship Rs./Month Rs 8,000 pm (Consolidated)
