Job Description

• 
  
  Planning, coordination, execution and documentation of small-to-medium scale cell culture experiments.
• 
  
  Large scale bioreactor operations.
• 
  
  To establish scale down and scale up of bioreactor operations.
• 
  
  Develop and implement Technology Transfer systems.
• 
  
  Validation of lab and manufacturing scale bioreactors.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Tech-Biotechnology with 2-5 years of experience in Biotech companies of repute

• 
  
  Knowledge over mammalian cell culture.
• 
  
  Knowledge mass transfer Expertise in bioreactor operation and using control and data acquisition and storage systems.
• 
  
  Strong analytical thinking for trouble shooting problems.
• 
  
  Proven knowledge of GMP, equipment qualification and aseptic techniques in biologic manufacturing.
• 
  
  Well developed written and oral communication skills. Motivation to work in a team environment.
• 
  
  Good quantitative skills and familiarity to statistical based design of experiments
