Applications are invited for contractual positions of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Research Associate (RA) in the project titled: `Mass multiplication and field evaluation of tissue culture-raised plants of Gloriosa superba l., a highly prized medicinal plant, for optimum utilization' sponsored by the National Medicinal Plants Board (NMPB), Department of AYUSH, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, GoI.
Essential Qualifications: JRF: B. Tech or M. Sc. (Life Sciences / Bio-Sciences / Biotechnology/Genetics / Botany / Zoology) or Equivalent
RA: Ph. D. in any branch of Natural Sciences with experience in plant tissue culture,molecular genetic and/or phyto-chemical analyses techniques
Desirable Qualifications: Experience in an area relevant to the project
Period of Project: 3 years
Emoluments: As per NMPB/DST norms
