Responsible for ensuring DNA isolation kits/Bio molecule isolation kits
meets the established standards of quality including reliability,
usability and performance.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• draft quality assurance policies and procedures
• interpret and implement quality assurance standards
• evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
• devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
• review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
• plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
• document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
• investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• collect and compile statistical quality data
• analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
• develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
• coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
• evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
• monitor risk management activities
• responsible for document management systems

Education and Experience
• BSc/Msc/Mphil/PhD in life science preferred
• certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate.

• product or industry-specific experience
• strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
• knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA

Responsible for production and assembling of DNA isolation kits/Bio molecule isolation kits .
Job Description
1. Creation of the SOP’s & Work Instructions for manufacturing & fill/pack.
2. Development and training of the production associates
3. Participate in Manufacturing systems Validations (Equipment & Process) & Support Q&C/Technical Assurance/Engineering in handling of Quality Systems
4. Lead from front to ensure safe behavior /GMP culture on the shop floor during plant commissioning
5. Work with cross-functional team to meet the project goals and objectives

1. Manpower planning & allocation of people on the manufacturing lines during the shifts
2. Documentation control– Batch record Sheets, production log books, other documents required to meet GMP & HSE requirements
3. Meeting the production targets & delivering the target OEE’s
4. Maintain & perform Good Manufacturing Practices on the floor
5. Perform the SAP transactions for accounting of material & FG’s
6. Coordinate raw & packing material planning with the warehouse
7. Support new products development, trials, validation & CIP projects
8. Control material wastage & meet the expected yields
9. Develop/train operators & support to maintain good Industrial relations with shop floor employees
10. Implement Lean on the floor
11. Regulatory Compliance, Planning, Coordinating and Controlling the Production process effectively with Safety, Quality & productivity in mind

R&D executives: No: of vacancies –3
R&D executives are responsible for performing a wide variety of
research laboratory tasks and experiments, making detailed observations,
analyzing data, and interpreting results. He or she maintains
laboratory equipment and inventory levels for laboratory supplies. He or
she may also write reports, summaries, and protocols regarding
experiments. A R&D executives also performs limited troubleshooting
and calibration of instruments.
An incumbent maintains familiarity with current scientific literature
and contributes to the process of a project within his or her scientific
discipline, as well as investigating, creating, and developing new
methods and technologies for project advancement. He or she may also be
responsible for identifying patentable inventions . He/She may also be
asked to participate in scientific conferences and contribute to
scientific journals.
