Recruitment for Senior Project Executive/Project Executive - (1 no.)

(On contract basis initially for one year with the scope of further extension)

for National Certification System for Tissue Culture Raised Plants (NCS-TCP)

NCS-TCP has been established by Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India for ensuring production and distribution of quality tissue culture planting materials. Project Management Unit (PMU) established at Biotech Consortium India Limited (BCIL) is assisting DBT in implementing the NCS-TCP. PMU is looking for Senior Project Executive/Project Executive having desired profile as mentioned below:

Qualification: PhD/ M.Sc in Life Sciences or its allied areas

Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience in plant tissue culture preferably in commercial sector

Salary: Rs. 25,000-35,000 (consolidated) per month commensurate to relevant experience

Nature of Responsibilities: assisting in planning and coordination of site visits, interacting with companies and experts, maintain records of applications, updation of SOPs, preparation of agenda and minutes, coordination with Accredited Test Laboratories for certification of plants and other assigned activities
