Role:
1. Responsibilities of the selected candidate will mainly involve the design, implementation and validation of in vitro assays.
2. The candidate will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior scientists develop new assay platforms as required and have excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualification: MSc [Biochemistry, Biological Sciences], M. Tech
Skill Set:
The candidate must possess a strong background in the fundamentals of in vitro pharmacology, various assay platforms and the ability to develop assays from scratch. The candidate is expected to possess excellent scientific background, troubleshooting skills and should have a demonstrated ability to develop creative and robust solutions. Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be a dedicated team player. This role requires leadership qualities and the candidate must be very organized and detail-oriented.
