Job Profile:
• To market and promote Wellness Profile (health check-up packages)
• To source, evaluate, recommend and appoint Thyrocare Franchisees
• To market the services of Thyrocare amongst doctor, hospitals, nursing homes, etc
• To persuade and close deals with Corporate for their healthcare needs
Qualification: BSc, MSc, (in biological science and Biotech) with or without MBA in marketing
Skill set required:
• Ready for field work
• Good communication in local language and English
• Good confidence level for marketing
• Good presentation skills
No. of Openings: 1000 pan India
Compensation: 1.2 lakhs to 2.00 lakhs per annum plus Target based incentives
Job Location: All Metros, Cities and towns.

Business Development Executive/Officer (Office work)
Job Profile:
• To monitor and guide the Thyrocare Franchisee to achieve good growth prospects
• Act as a link between the company and the franchisee by bridging the expectations
• To monitor the marketing staff on field and report their achievements and shortcomings to the management
• To increase the sales of Wellness profile by appointing and guiding Marketing agency
• Corporate Marketing
Qualification: BSc or MSc (in Biological sciences – Bio-Tech) with MBA in Marketing
Skill set required:
• Good communication in 2 major regional language and English
• Good in written communications
• Good persuasion skills with patience to deal with franchisee and customers
• Good presentation skills

Compensation: From 1.20 lakhs to 2.00 lakhs per annum
Job Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Growth prospects: (from 15% to 50% YOY growth based on performance)
Laboratory (Only in Mumbai)
Job Profile:
• Laboratory work with analysers that handle multiple Technologies and procedures
• To understand quality and release the reports in minimum time
• To learn and update on all tests and technologies
• Lab works only in the night shift and hence only Male candidates preferred
Qualification: SSC, HSC, B.Sc, M.Sc (in biological sciences and Biotechnology) with or without DMLT.
Skill set required:
• Understand technologies and Procedures in laboratory operations.
• Readiness to relocate to Mumbai and work in night shifts.
• Ability to understand right and wrong in work place.
