Experience: Fresher

Compensation Package: 96,000 to 1,32,000 (depending upon the experience)

Qualification: B.Sc in agriculture/horticulture/life sciences

Desired candidate profile:

• The candidate should be a science graduate in agriculture/horticulture/life sciences, preferably having a knowledge of organic farming.
• Innovative and creative approach towards learning and implementing
• Passionate to work with nature
• Should have good communication skills

Job description:

• Work with the Research and Development team
• Work as a team to develop and introduce new concepts in the field by gathering the latest information in the field
• Customer interaction on garden performance
• Regular monitoring the organic terrace gardens

Post: Head of training and research

Experience: 0-1 year in the field of education

Compensation Package: 1,20,000 to 2,40,000 depending upon the experience

Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc in life sciences

Desired candidate profile:

• The candidate should be a science graduate/post graduate in life sciences, preferably having a knowledge of organic farming.
• 0-1 year experience in teaching profession either at school or college level.
• Willing to travel,conduct work shops at schools and colleges regularly
• Should have good communication skills

Job description:

• Preparing creative presentations for the schools and workshop
• Passionatly educate people and children about organic farming/Conduct sessions to educate people and children on organic farming at locations decided by company
• Work with the Research and Development team
• Customer interaction on garden performance.
