Fee - Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) for General & OBC candidates., Rs. 75/-(Rupees Seventy five only) for SC/ST/PH candidates. The fee is required to be paid by D.D., issued in favour of “ESIC FUND – Account No.-01” payable at State Bank Of India, Chennai
