WALK-IN-PERSONAL DISCUSSION

The following posts are to be filled up on purely temporary basis at ICMR Hqrs. Office, New Delhi in a research project entitled “Effects of Non-ionizing Electro Magnetic Field (EMS) on Human Health” funded by Indian Council of Medical Research under Dr. R. S. Sharma, Scientist-F, Division of Reproductive Health & Nutrition, ICMR, New Delhi.

Research Scientist-II (Non-medical) - One

Age : up to 40 years

Salary : Rs. 21,400 + 30% HRA pm fixed

Essential Qualifications :

1. 1st class Master’s degree (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Zoology, Biochemistry) with two years research experience.

2. Four years R&D experience in the related subject after obtaining essential qualification.

Desirable Qualifications :

1. Doctorate in related subject from a recognized university.
2. Additional post doctoral research/teaching experience in relevant subject in recognized institute(s).
3. Knowledge of computer applications or business intelligence tools/data management.

Nature of Duties : Assisting in Co-ordinating and monitoring various activities of the study.

Research Scientist-I (Non-medical) - One

Age : up to 35 years

Salary : Rs. 17,120 + 30% HRA pm fixed

Essential Qualifications :

1st class Master’s degree (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Zoology, Biochemistry) with two years research experience.

Desirable Qualifications :

1. Doctorate in related subject from a recognized university.
2. Additional post doctoral research/teaching experience in relevant subject in recognized institute(s).
3. Knowledge of computer applications or business intelligence tools/data management.

Nature of Duties : Assisting in Co-ordinating and monitoring various activities of the study.

The posts are to be filled up on purely temporary basis. No TA/DA etc. will be given to attend the walk-in-personal discussion/test.
