Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in the area of handling of probiotics and lactic acid bacteria, preservation of bacterial cultures, fermenter and fermentation technology, and hands on experience in probiotics and development of dairy foods.

The above positions are purely temporary and will be filled in on Contractual basis. The selected candidate shall have no right/claim for regular appointment at this Institute, as the engagement is co-terminus with the Project/Scheme.
