No. of Positions : Two
Tenure : Initially for a period of 6 months (extendable upto 1 year)
Areas of Work : For Position 1 : Supervision of studies related to bioefficacy and persistence of pesticides on household pests, analysis of data and report writing as per CIB guidelines
For Position 2: Maintenance / repair of NMR spectrometers and accessories including
probes.

Qualification :
For Position 1: Candidates with PhD degree in Zoology/ Entomology/ Life
Sciences from a recognized University with a minimum of 20 years
experience in conducting independent research on insect toxicology
including comparative bioefficacy of pesticides
For Position 2
: First class B E degree in Electronics. At least 20 years experience
in complete maintenance of NMR spectrometers/ repair of accessories
such as NMR probes.Screening of Applications : In the event of number of
applications being large, the Committee is free to adopt appropriate
short‐listing criteria to restrict the number of candidates based on
qualifications and experience over and above the minimum qualifications
prescribed in the notice.
Remuneration : Rs. 25,000 per month
Desirable Age limit : Below 65 years
