Bioinformatics Analyst
Performs data analysis and provides bioinfomatics solutions on various research projects primarily related to cancer and related diseases.
Must have knowledge of high-throughput genomics, genotyping and Sanger sequencing data analysis.
Performs analysis of genomic sequences and functional characterization of noncoding and coding SNPs.
This position will have a significant focus on providing analytical support for next generation sequencing data analysis – DNA-seq, RNA-seq, ChIP-Seq as well as high-throughput genotyping on Illumina platform.
Minimum Requirements: PhD or Master's degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, statistical genetics, computer science or closely related degree.
