Qualification & Experience First class Masters degree in any area of Biology Candidates with CSIR UGC NET (LS or JRF) or equivalent examination or ranked above 95 percentile in GATE examinations will be preferred. Demonstrated experience in rodent stereotaxy or isolation and culture of stem cells and neurons or experience in zebrafish biology is desirable.
Job Requirements Maintenance and care of animals, execution of the experimental protocols under the directions of the PI, collection of the data, and to assist the PI in various activities of the project like submission of the project report and presentation of the data at conferences and publication of the research work.
Fellowship Rs. 12,000/- + 20% House Rent Allowance
Tenure of the post Initially for a period of ONE year extendable for further period of ONE/TWO years subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and continuation of the project.
Age: 28 (Shall not exceed as on the closing date of advertisement)
