Position available in the Proteomics Unit at C-CAMP/NCBS MS-Facility
Desirable:
Candidate with hands on experience in mass spectrometry based
proteomics (sample preparation, acquisition and interpretation of data
and quantitative proteomics) using LC-MS/MS.
Essential: Candidates should have good understanding of protein chemistry, proteomics, liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry.
He/she should have good interpersonal and communication skills and willing to work as a team.
Qualifications:
We are seeking for highly motivated candidates in the field of
proteomics. Applicants should have M.Sc. /B. Tech in any discipline of
life sciences.
Experience in Mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography is required.
Duties:
Writing SOP, sample preparation for proteomics, data acquisition and
interpretation, maintenance and handling of LC and MS instruments.
