Desired Candidate Profile

PhD in Molecular Biology with 5-10 years experience in Biotech / Pharma R& D Laboratory with emphasis on emerging technologies in the areas of monoclonals, RNAi systems, novel viral or nano delivery systems etc serving last 2-3 years in Group Leader position.

Candidate having excellent knowledge and demonstrated skills and proficiency in all molecular biology techniques like PCR, Cloning, Clone Development, Characterization, Protein Expression, Site Directed Mutagenesis and other advanced molecular techniques.

Having proven experience in Bacterial, Viral, Yeast and Mammalian expression systems.

Having sound knowledge and experience in the production and purification of recombinant proteins, RNAi drugs, monoclonal antibodies etc.

Having performed Cell Culture Assays and Validations.

Capable of writing project proposals and handling projects independently.

Practicing Biosafety and other rDNA Regulatory norms.

Experienced in IPRs.

Result oriented.

Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Outstanding communication skills.

Supervisory skills and excellent inter-personal relationships.
