Job Description 

Analyzing large NGS datasets (Homo sapiens - WGS, Exome and RNA seq) - assembly, variant calling, secondary analysis and up to literature writing.  

Profound experience in analyzing data generated on Illumina's platforms.  

Profound experience in working Linux platform.  

Proficiency with standard bioinformatics and statistics tools, resources and packages.  

Proficiency and programming/scripting experience.  

Salary: Negotiable  

Functional Area: Technical (Bioinformatics)  

Desired Candidate Profile:  Experience: 3-5 years (Must have worked on NGS data analysis) 

Education: (UG-B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E.- Bioinformatics ) OR (PG-M.Sc, M.Tech - Bioinformatics) OR  (Ph.D. - Bioinformatics)
